Course Overview
This module emphasizes best practices in managing, analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting AMR data, ensuring alignment with global surveillance standards.
Participants will gain the skills to:
- ✔️ Input and manage data using data management software and tools
- ✔️ Conduct useful and appropriate statistical analyses and AMR data visualization using relevant advanced software and tools
- ✔️ Interpret trends and generate reports suitable for national and international surveillance systems, strengthening policy and treatment guideline development.

- 🎯Use R for statistical analysis and visualization of AMR data
- 🎯Operate WHONET for data entry, interpretation, and reporting
- 🎯Generate summary statistics, trends, and resistance profiles, antibiograms, etc.
- 🎯Apply analytical results for decision-making in surveillance programs

- 📘Data management using different software and spreadsheet tools
