GHRU Prospective Structured Survey on Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP), Escherichia coli, and Acinetobacter (2024-2026)

Determining the emergence and dynamics of high-risk CRKP, E. coli, and Acinetobacter clones among sentinel sites.

Status:

Ongoing

The primary objective of the survey is to determine the emergence, occurrence, geographic distribution, and population dynamics of high-risk carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP), E. coli, and Acinetobacter clones. The project aims to strengthen genomic surveillance capacity and supports targeted antimicrobial resistance control strategies among sentinel sites.
